By using Inbox Ninja, you agree to these Terms of Service. Inbox Ninja is provided by Phoenix Horizon, Inc. and runs on the Rush platform.

Service Description

Inbox Ninja is an AI-powered email assistant for Gmail. It helps with inbox triage, email summarization, and draft generation. The service requires macOS and the Rush application.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when connecting your Gmail account
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Review AI-generated content before sending emails
  • Do not use the service to send spam or harassment
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

AI-Generated Content

Inbox Ninja uses AI to analyze emails and generate content. You acknowledge:

  • AI-generated summaries and drafts may not be 100% accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before sending
  • The AI may occasionally misinterpret context or tone
  • Critical communications should always be human-reviewed

Acceptable Use

You may not use Inbox Ninja to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the service

Intellectual Property

Inbox Ninja, Rush, and related trademarks are owned by Phoenix Horizon, Inc. You retain ownership of your email content.

INBOX NINJA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHOENIX HORIZON, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF INBOX NINJA.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking Gmail access from your Google Account settings.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
